No. We don't sell the robots. We sell the pallets and crates that the robots can use to ensure your project is seamless.
Robot grippers come in a few different designs but basically they are the mechanism that will actually be able to adhere to the pallet or crate, either by using finger like grippers, sometimes 2 or 3 gripps attached to an arm like protrusion, great for picking or placing. Alternatively vacuum grippers will use vacuum technology to grab what's needed.
Vision systems use software controls to recognize things like barcodes, or can even utilise more progressive cutting edge vision technology through an imaging engine.
Robotics requires uniformity. Quality plastic pallets and crates ensures robust and quality produced carrying, picking and shifting methods for robots to work effectively. Plastic is clean and impervious to invasion by organisms that could affect the efficiencies of the robotics.
